Never getting paid on time, pension contributions are consistently being messed up. People getting made redundant at the bottom when upper management celebrate with clients at Cheltenham every year that can't be cheap?? People of 20-30 years experience prior to the take over are leaving the business and nobody thinks to ask why or what we can do to keep them? Again toxic management to blame they believe we offer a premium service but customer's complain our prices are too high compared to our competitors hence our depots are quiet, we're down on repairs and cleans in most depots in the UK. Rumours spread that depots are getting sold off to customers / employees are worried for their jobs and still no communication from upper management to reassure them. Upper management are still employing people on 6 figures salaries in Manchester and yet redundancies are being made?? Place is full of jokers running a once successfull family run business in to the ground while lining their own pockets.
