-wages and pension payment always wrong - this is the most toxic place I've ever worked - Loss of motivation -poor leadership -Bullying, harassment, or discrimination – tolerated or ignored by leadership -No accountability – poor performers or toxic individuals face no consequences -Lack of trust – micromanagement or excessive monitoring -Fear-based management – employees feel scared to speak up -Poor communication – unclear goals, shifting expectations, or secrecy -Lack of support – managers don’t back up or advocate for their teams -Backstabbing or competition – coworkers undermine one another -No collaboration – low trust or unwillingness to share information -Low morale and engagement – visible apathy or resentment
