Has cut comp plan payouts more then half, base pay is not great and benefits aren't good. The quarterly goals come out half way into the first month of your quarter, and they base those goals on a "formula" from finance- which is not consistent and usually inflated. If you do make your quarterly target with multiples, they punish you the next quarter by inflated your goals so they don't have to pay you. Really dissappointed in where this company has gone in the last 6 years, they are not supportive and inconsistent at best.
