- More freedom for eventing on counter - Better uniform (a little more modern, less looking like a chef!) - There are some senior trainers at head office that are a little hard to work with at times, however enough positive people in head office to help support you through an issue you may have with another staff member - Training is amazing, however can feel a little mysterious at times as you need to progress in a certain way to achieve expert status - More travellers to help cover shifts and increase sales - Ensuring more counters have more electrical machinery to encourage more facials and return clients
