      Pros

      Very familial "tribe" feeling, whole company welcomes new members, Company is very concerned about employees' health and safety. Took very good care of us while not working "typical" job during pandemic.

      Cons

      Some supervisors tend to micro-manage. Bonus potential is modified, not always to the employee's benefit.
