Pros

The pay is great and the retirement savings are spot on. Some of the people working here are truly passionate about education. If they weren't under-staffed there would be incredible innovations happening.

Cons

The politics here are overwhelming, and leadership says they listen but they do not. Favoritism happens a lot, and they will hire someone for the wrong reasons. I've seen them treat loyal employees poorly. No choices in health insurance and its not that great of a package.
