I don't have any gripes.

Poor Management training, consistently lie to their employees, horrible compensation and work advancement. This place is a walking nightmare when it comes to office politics. Many of the supervisors and managers will belittle their employees to cover themselves to look good in front of the CEO and VPs. They play a tons of favoritism here and they struggle maintaining young employees. Most of their employees are older people on their way out the door. Overall not a great place to work at. I wouldn't recommend anyone to really work here, however everyone should take reviews with a grain of salt.

Only con is a decent work/life balance.
