Pros

Many long time employees Majority of employees are kind to one another One of the few companies that still have a pension plan

Cons

Company is management heavy, natural with employee's that have been there for so many years. Typically from the employee to the CEO there is four to five mangers in the chain. This makes for poor communications. Emails from the CEO with political agenda slants in which many employee's do not agree with.(over draft bill) While it might be good business for the credit union having the ability to provide over daft. Some employees don't like automatic overdraft and fees that banks and credit unions are able to charge with out consent.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great management team, and the company gives you the tools you need to succeed. Many opportunities for career/education advancement. They care not only for their employees, but also for the community. This is a company you can truly be proud to work for.

Cons

No real cons, this company is fantastic. But it’s good to know moving forward that KPIs are not always easy to attain, and this industry has a lot of rapid changes to keep up with. But company is wonderful, they help you succeed, and if you are willing to put in the work, the reward is well worth it.

Pros

Some of the benefits were good

Cons

Everything. If you want to know what it’s like to be in a prison, get a job in the call center here. You are severely micromanaged and watched 24/7. They set incredibly unreasonable and unrealistic expectations that I am convinced are created and put in place to set you up for failure. You aren’t allowed to make mistakes. Also no opportunities for advancement or career growth, as much as they want to say that there is. The pay is also crap. Between management and the horrible customers that constantly berate and scream at you on a daily basis, my mental health severely deteriorated while working here.
