I loved my time at Design Catapult. I learned so much from my very talented coworkers. The industrial design team is the best I have ever worked with, They are practically engineers themselves. And the engineers have years of experience and have brilliant solutions to complex design problems. The team is very collaborative and supportive of each other. There's no politics or competition.

Wide range of projects, So you're always playing catch up on new sciences and technologies. No hybrid working options.

Real design work, I prototype all my own designs. I'm left to manage my own projects with a lot freedom in how I approach design problems.
