Flexibility, work/life balance, good physical work environment, good at finding smart people, a lot of potential to be a great place to work, some managers work hard at career development for their reports
Cons
Management blind to poor development team dynamics, excessive compliance training not applicable to role, changes to bonus compensation and pathetic payouts this year have destroyed morale, computing/development environment too restrictive and hurts productivity
