Cons
Once a great bank, currently managed by really lazy managers with really bad leadership skills. I joined as a graduate and had too much down time due to really inefficient process. I could easily pick people who are just playing the politics and doing nothing useful to the company. I was hired by a team and was told not to worry and just chill while the projects will get budgeted. Left for another employer and felt alive again. I realized I learned very little at this Bank.
