Pros
Atmosphere is very nice and everyone is very helpful. Lots of benefits that you get right on your start date, no 30 or 60 day waiting period for benefits. Training is abundant. Lots of cultural diversity and nice people to work with.
Cons
To be promoted, you must obtain two consecutive years of "Very Good" or better rating. Sometimes, this is not dependent upon your performance, and is decided upon by way upper management on if raises are able to be given or not. You can only try to "transfer" laterally to a position with the same "title" as you, after you have been with the company for a year.
