Pros

They seemed like they would have been a great company to work for.

Cons

Recruiting team does not communicate with one another. I had to initiate several times to figure out what was happening with my interview. Was given a verbal offer, and then they rescinded after I reached out several times as to what next steps were. Was told the position was “on hold” but come to find out they had hired several other people instead.

I can’t think of one pro.

Cons

It took 3 months, lots of emails, and me threatening to turn them into the department of labor for them to pay me for the overtime I worked. They tried to tell me that the state of Tennessee doesn’t pay time and a half for overtime. And then when they did finally pay me a portion of it, they put it on my check as a “bonus” so it was taxed twice. They owe me for a referral bonus, they told me they would Zelle me that 2 weeks ago…. I’m still waiting for it.
