Pros

If you do your job and you're a good manager it is an incredibly easy and stress-free job. Keeping in mind that you're still a manager and you still have to deal with uncomfortable situations and do your job. It's good for those looking for a fairly low stress management position.

Cons

The pay is abysmal and as far as I have discerned doesn't get much better up the ranks either. Which makes it very hard to want to stay with the company. The entry level position is assistant manager and then there's general manager. The pay between the two is within a dollar. If you hit your goals through the month there's a little bonus pool of money in the general manager gets 70% and the assistant gets 30%. Nice but not much. Job is good if you're content with low pay.

We want to thank you for taking the time leave this review. We work hard to offer pay that is fair and above average for this industry. Salary is based on many factors and not a “one size fits all” approach. If you feel your performance outweighs your rate of compensation, we encourage you to speak with your Regional Director. We are always open to listening to our employees and have a conversation with them regarding this topic, and all other topics.

Pros

It is a job, it pays money.

Cons

This company was purchased by a corporation and they changed everything including the values of the company. Once this happened it was very hard to get things fixed and/or help to fix things. Damaged roofs left for a year, power outage after fire left unfixed for over 3 months, staff left without backup or help for over 6 months then punished for being behind on a larger facility. They do not want to help anyone, they are not what they claim to be. They demand empathy with little to none themselves.
