People focused & data driven (one does not over shadow the other like other large companies)

If you are organized & proactive, there aren’t many. But, if you allow yourself to get too far behind, a mountain can easily be made out of a mole hill.

It is a job, it pays money.

This company was purchased by a corporation and they changed everything including the values of the company. Once this happened it was very hard to get things fixed and/or help to fix things. Damaged roofs left for a year, power outage after fire left unfixed for over 3 months, staff left without backup or help for over 6 months then punished for being behind on a larger facility. They do not want to help anyone, they are not what they claim to be. They demand empathy with little to none themselves.
