Pros

Work from home is the standard.

Cons

Beware if you are an NP or PA. This is a heavily surveilled, metrics-driven, call-center telemedicine job. EVERYTHING is run through AI--you are under the microscope. You are pushed to "upsell" on items such as home med delivery. Everything is timed and noted--when you clock in, out, if your 30 min lunch runs long, if you take too long with a patient, if you take too long documenting. This position is absolutely a cog in a machine with no recognition of the professionalism that goes into the job.

Thank you for the feedback. We recognize that our tech-forward approach is a significant shift from traditional practice. We are very intentional during our interview process about the realities of this model - we don’t try to ‘oversell’ the role because we know our fast-paced, metrics-driven environment isn't for everyone. Our clinicians stay because they see the tangible impact our model has on member outcomes that traditional systems simply can’t achieve. We are proud that nearly 1 in 4 of our new hires this year were referred by their own peers. To us, that is the ultimate validation that for the right clinician, the mission far outweighs the challenges of the pace.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
