Devoted is incredibly focused on each employee feeling valued, respected, and important to the success of the company. Every team is member focused at every level. The technology supports the work we need to do so we have more time to have meaningful conversations with the member. Great communication and relationships across the organization despite geographical differences.
Cons
As with any startup, the company is growing, changing, and evolving on a daily basis. This requires that employees are agile and not afraid of throwing ideas forward. If you aren’t comfortable with this, you may not enjoy working for Devoted.
