      Pros

      I have worked at devoted for over a year and I love working here. My coworkers are my family and my leaders truly care about my well-being an growth. While this company is fast paced and growing all the time, our mission to treat members like family remains in the forefront. My job isn’t just customer service. It’s so much more. Devoted is changing health care and I am so grateful to be part of this journey.

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
