Pros
-Awesome experience interviewing. The recruiters (I worked with Sara) make you feel so welcome right off the bat. I left my initial interview feeling like I'd known Sara for years -Competitive wages (I started out in the Guide role and the hourly wage was the best I'd seen in the area) -Amble training -Tons of opportunity for growth -You actually have a huge impact on member's lives, and our members are great at giving positive feedback. -Company values are not just there for show, they are actually followed! -Open communication and transparency across the company -Work life balance for entry positions is great. Lots of opportunities for OT but it's never mandatory. Work life balance can be tough with management level, but if you set boundaries they will respect them.
Cons
If you are someone that struggles with fast paced environments or high-pressure customer service (dealing with people's health issues) this would be a difficult job for you. You definitely need to be resilient to work in this industry.
