      Pros

      Very Friendly environment. All inclusive and diverse culture. There are many opportunities for growth and advancement. Management really cares about their team. The flexibility, benefits, compensation, PTO, and equity, are wonderful. In this start up company, they are always open to feedback and your feedback are valued. This is by far, the best healthcare company I've ever joined. The values and mission of this company is mindblowing.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
