      -Disruptive force in the healthcare industry -Good balance of the love/caring of people and the efficiency/growth of technology -Unique culture with diverse people working hand-in-hand -Clear sense of purpose and fair pay -$1B+ in revenue in only 4 years of operation

      Cons

      -Small footprint in the US so far- only serving some geographies -Some people confuse "treating members like family" with "treating employees as family" - they are still a high-performance culture -Low chance for well-defined career paths

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
