      Pros

      Dynamic work, excellent benefits, and a great work culture that promotes inclusivity make this company amazing. Family first is the motto, and the mission matches the motto - this company wants to take care of our seniors the way we would care for our family. employees accrue 4 weeks PTO plus time off for voting and volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      There is currently no 401K match option and there is no bonus structure, which can be challenging but the savings in benefits balances out what you may be leaving on the table.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
