Devoted has a rigorous performance management process that involves written and verbal communication of performance issues in a transparent and collaborative manner. Any exceptions are rare. Devoted does have a generous severance package which is distributed fairly and equitably. Insurance coverage does end on the last day of employment but employees have the ability to elect cobra for continued coverage as needed.
