I’m sorry to hear your experience at Devoted has been less than optimal. Focusing specifically on ticket driven processes, we prioritize both accurate resolutions and team accountability, instead of individualized metrics. Only the team totals and ticket drivers are presented to encourage quality over quantity. Group dashboards and monthly aged ticket collaboration were built to avoid issues like the ones mentioned and ultimately, prevent work from stalling because of information sharing. We are always looking to improve and we take our culture and approach to work/life balance very seriously.
