Pros

Free health insurance, some flexibility with hours.

Cons

Treated as expendable. Those who are favorites are often promoted very quickly despite lack of experience. Very isolating and lacking any sort of team oriented culture, lack of access to any professional development opportunities. There used to be many “all hands” company wide meetings for company updates but those began to fade out in frequency. You feel as though you are left in the dark as to what is actually happening within the company.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience with us. We’re happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed our medical and health insurance benefits as well as the flexible working hours. We’re sorry that your experience and perception of our team culture here was demotivating and unsatisfying for you. We also regret to hear that the frequency and cadence of our all hands meetings was not optimal for you. We greatly appreciate your feedback on this topic as it is a priority that our team is informed and feels included on the goings on of the company regardless of role, schedule, or location (remote, hybrid, in-office). We take our culture very seriously and take strides to ensure our employees are heard, respected, and trusted. Thank you for your feedback on our professional development. We’re sorry to hear this feedback as we do currently offer a $2,000 reimbursement program for our nurses to use to continue their education and training as a tool for this professional development. We also recently rolled out internal development training for all employees and managers. Additionally, regarding internal growth and promotions, we are very lucky to have an incredibly talented pool of employees. To monitor growth and match internal candidates to opportunities for promotions we consider: current performance in your role, past experiences as they pertain to the role, and additional training or education received to help us make the best and objective decisions. We’re sorry your experience with our professional development and internal promotion process was not optimal. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us meaningful feedback in a variety of areas. As noted, we take our culture very seriously and recognize that all perspectives are different. We welcome the opportunity to continue the conversation. If you’d like to do so, please reach out to Neil Wagle, Chief Medical Officer at nwagle@devoted.com.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
