Pros
I like to compare Devoted to the local small town drug store in relation to a large branch. Devoted is and has a smaller feel. I came from a large company and love the change to Devoted. There is more freedom to think outside the box and I feel more comfortable being myself. I feel valued and my time is respected.
Cons
There is sometimes a lack of structure. Some jobs are newer and I often do tasks outside of my job description. We are growing quickly, which is great, but there are some growing pains trying to adapt the current system to a larger population.
