      None, really. Working from home is nice, but that's about it.

      Neopotism is rampant here. Don't believe the positive reviews you read...notice how there are so many posted on the same day? It's because they know the negative reviews are bringing down the rating so they ask employees to post glowing reviews to bump up the rating. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
