      • Amazing coworkers. Literally EVERYONE is so helpful and really feels like we’re a team • The ceo has amazing speakers at our meeting and priorities mental health! • Transparency is literally 10/10 • company that cares about their employees! • AMAZING insurance benefits!!! • Advancements in the company

      Honestly! There’s really nothing negative, this is a company that has constant changes but they were transparent about that day 1! & that’s what I loved about it! They hear you and change things based off feedback!

      Pros

      Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

      Cons

      The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
