Pros

Good benefits Good pay Decent hours

Cons

I worked for devoted for roughly a year and a half when I first started working there I told everyone I absolutely fell in love with the company. It was amazing. They had great benefits. It was such a fun work environment, and overall just the place to be not only was it a positive environment for myself with great pay. They also truly did hold a member value it was everything that I was looking for in an insurance job and I was so thrilled to be there. I had a very successful first AEP with them and was thrilled to continue my career benefit changes rolled out for 2025 and the plans were absolute garbage in the economy that we live in and the population that we serve the benefits were just very unreasonable and as much as I would love to say, people will enroll for the customer service at the end of the day they have to be able to afford their healthcare and with the benefit changes for Devoted Health for 2025 that is something that is not doable for the community that we serve. I was so extremely disappointed to have to even attempt to sell plans for Devoted Health for 2025 as much as I loved my role and loved my work family. I was let go right before Christmas. It really made me feel like I was “a part of the family.” All in all I wouldn’t recommend working here at all so disappointed I wanted to pursue a lifelong career here. My supervisor was absolutely amazing and I hated that I was let go she was the most best supervisor I have ever had. The favoritism is so outrageous, but I won’t even go into all that. I think my review has spoken for itself. If you go to work here best of luck to you. It all goes downhill.

Devoted Health Response

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us as a licensed sales agent. We’re happy to hear that your initial time with Devoted was positive and that you enjoyed your team and direct supervisor. We’re sorry to hear through your review that your overall experience declined in the past year and appreciate you taking the time to leave us some feedback. Although the 2025 plans included some benefit reductions, our product offerings aimed to provide benefits that appealed to the majority of beneficiaries. Many Medicare Advantage plans nationwide implemented reductions, prompting beneficiaries to explore other options. Devoted’s strategy focused on ensuring that our members were enrolled in the best plan to meet their needs, even if that meant switching carriers. We're committed to a workplace where everyone has equal opportunity to succeed. We have processes in place to evaluate and enhance our management practices, and we are committed to providing our managers with the tools and resources they need to support their teams effectively. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, it’s also our mission to make sure we’re reflecting the best care and attention to our internal teams as well. We know that each experience is different and we welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your perspective so we can learn. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out – Jacquelyn.Singleton@devoted.com. Thanks again, Jacquelyn Singleton

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
