      Pros

      Management is pretty good. They seem to care about your success

      Cons

      Jobs are small. Mostly renovations. Not a lot of new big work. Work comes in waves. For a few months you can be busy all day every day. May even have to put in some overtime. Then nothing for a couple weeks.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
