      Can’t think of any pros but only I can say flexible working time.

      Cons

      Lack of manager skill - whatever you suggest something, they will say okay then nothing changed. Manager doesn't know about project manual - they will say I will find it and let you know. never get back respond. The manager shifted their responsibility to co-worker Lie, Lie, Lie Perfect to white people

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
