Pros
Their onboarding is great. It slacked off a little bit but their team and work environment is pretty good. It is diverse but it might be because I wasn't the only asian there. I worked with great graduates from highly competitive schools. They are high performers and great people to work with. I love the people that I worked but had to leave because of emergency. There some political issues that was way more disruptive than many of the businesses were ready for and a couple years later we had a small economic recession and then the pandemic hit. Great work environment, they don't hover over your shoulders and they let you work.
Cons
Their onboarding slacked off a little bit but I was new and moved from a different region in the country. I think the pay was a little low for the area that I worked in.
