      Pros

      Great IT support, flexible hours, management is good with personel and understanding their concerns, room for growth.

      Cons

      Designs for MEP are not large or very engaging, small design scales with patchy work, have not taken on new builds, have trouble too often finding billable hours.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
