      Pay is pretty decent but expectation is that job will be your life, 60-70 hour work week is expected in return for market rate salary.

      No real opportunities for growth. Leadership shares everything, including confidential information.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
