      Small offices, diversity of types of work.

      Cons

      very traditional, sometimes very rigid work structure. Benefits are not very good (no maternity leave). vacation and personal time are limited and accrue slowly.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
