      Pros

      Friendly working environment, good team camaraderie, flexible/hybrid work.

      Cons

      Fast paced project submittal schedules/deadlines, often some pressure for overtime, can be difficult to maintain work-life balance even though there are flexible work options. CEO will also make frequent speeches about how well the company is doing, but bonuses are evidently for senior management only.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
