Pros

WFH, average to decent pay

Cons

This is not a pro-employee company. There is significant miscommunication between the team leaders and top management, especially within the Q.A. department. At one point, management was issuing so many sanctions to agents that they didn’t realize they were actually violating their own company code. Once they caught on, they quickly rushed to change and adjust the employee handbook.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
