Pros

The product is amazing, you know that you are saving lives and the product sells itself. Very easy conversations to have with patients and medical staff. But if you are not a dedicated and comfortable person on the phone this job would not be a fit.

Cons

Management and supervisors do nothing. Many of the supervisors do the bare minimum and barely offer a helping hand. This is a call center, reviewed only on basic metrics. The office space is dull and depressing.

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
