Pros

Laid back environment No accountability for dropping the ball whatsoever

Cons

Lack of accountability from upper management Deception from upper management We have goals based on shipping but we don’t have supplies (or visibility) Half our sales team was laid off for outsourcing, once they started failing, they piled all of Manila’s workload on us. Management focuses on metrics but not lack of product. They promote based on who they like versus who is a more qualified candidate. (Hence, why we are failing) No development for sales. New hire temps make more money than your permanent-tenured sales associates

Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

Cons

Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
