      Pros

      Great product, great people, fast paced, challenging.

      Cons

      With growth has come micromanaging and pharma culture which is why I am concerned about the direction we are going. Dexcom is becoming everything I hated and left years ago. Time will tell. Ashame if they ruin a good thing.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges

      Company seems to have grown faster than the leadership … many of the leaders grew up at Dexcom and the company is bigger
