Pros
Dexcom is a strong global leader in medical technology. The products help real people, and that’s something I take pride in every single day. The company has solid benefits and a mission I believe in. My daily work makes a difference in patient lives.
Cons
Despite years of service and multiple advanced degrees, growth feels out of reach. Many roles are posted but already filled. Promotions often bypass merit. Technical Support, the engine room keeps the company running, yet remains the least visible and least valued department. Leadership visibility and internal mobility are lacking.
