Pros

The role provides strong exposure to cross functional projects across marketing, sales enablement, talent consulting, and technology practices: excellent place to deepen industry knowledge. Leadership is generally approachable and open to feedback; collaboration with different teams helps build versatility as a content professional.

Cons

-clearer prioritization could help reduce back-and-forth. -Growth paths for content roles could be better defined, especially in terms of specialization, leadership tracks, or movement into strategy roles.

Pros

Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

Cons

Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
