Pros

Good for entry level Won't be any layoff unless you leave Friendly coworkers but only at associate level Can learn about office politics Can learn to be a great favourite person to manager

Cons

Manager from various departments plays major role politicians You won't get any opportunities even though you work hard But, you will get all opportunities when you're close to CERTAIN managers... CERTAIN. If you're ready to work as a spy to manager then you'll be eligible for multiple opportunities, hikes and everything, what ever mistakes done by you even it's illegal you will be saved orelse you will be thrown out by cornering with silly monitoring tools Onsite people will have good opinion about team players but those politicians will discourage you Finally, India information technology manager spoils the entire team just for the sake of he wanted to be in good books of higher.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
