* Salary is credited on time. * If you are fortunate enough to work with a client whose team is based onsite, there may be opportunities for work from home.

Cons

*As Dexian is a consulting firm, employees should be prepared to work as contractors for their clients. *There is limited coordination and communication between the onshore and offshore HR teams. *The offshore HR team in India often has very limited visibility into the feedback or communication shared by clients with the onshore HR team regarding candidates. *There is a general lack of communication across HR team . *The HR team will always prioritise client requirements and demands over employee concerns and expectations.

Pros

Quick opportunity to get promoted if you have the right mentorship and accounts. Honestly really nice employees (cross-functionally) and people are willing to help you. A good place to dip your toes in as a young hire, KPI's are fairly easily but some of the director's are a bit micro-managey.

Cons

In our office - we had 3 Managing Directors and 3 VP's in 3 years with two rounds of layoffs (enterprise wide.) The largest gap in the company is their leadership is so disconnected from the producers and what you truly need to do to succeed in sales. They run on a lot of enterprise accounts which makes it hard as a young sales person to connect with tenured sales people, who haven't truly sold or broken into accounts in some time. Additionally, there are lots of corporate politics and people in leadership that overshare other leaders dirty laundry with young sales folks, making it a bit of an uncomfortable place to be in. I think this place is a good starting zone for a career but it is not the place to be if you are a hustler and want to truly grow as a sales professional.
