Good first job, but tread lightly - Account Manager Dexian Employee Review

Dexian helped me get a good contract job in my city. They check in on me regularly and have been great to work with.

No real problem. Could probably use more conversations about the contract and how long it might go and/or other opportunities.

Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
