Pros

No pros at this time. Earlier this was a good company but now just because of selfishness and immature decisions they have made it worst place to work.

Cons

Management is confined to three people. They take decision randomly whenever they feel. I would say worst management. Senior members will not take any responsibility everything will come to junior level people. Highly pressurizing environment.

Fast-paced environment can require adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Pros

Not many to mention. Still reeling from yet another massive layoff and more senior folks being kicked to curb. The very folks who helped you with the disaster of a merger and preached your stupid slogan of "In the Business for Good" were getting too old and expensive for you and are NOT in the Business for Good ANYMORE.

Cons

Age discrimination Politics....bosses kids are way too influential, See new MD in VA....embarrassing hire....comical to rest of leadership Turnover factory Company has lost it's way, sinking fast
