      I have been associated with Dexian for 4 years and my experience with them has been amazing. They not only helped me gain position with JP Morgan and Chase but also helped me to work on projects of different domain and organization. The one thing which I enjoy working with Dexian is that I am not bound to work on a single project with a particular client instead if I feel that the roles and responsibilities of the project has become monotonous then they help me find the project of different domain of my choice. I have had the opportunity to work with clients such as JP Morgan and Chase, Morgan Stanley and MasterCard.

      Cons

      As of now I don't have a negative experience with Dexian.

      Nice training program, much needed with 60 percent turnover

      Cons

      Anyone with much seniority has been let go or quit. Turnover is unlike anything I have seen before. For a company that says it's slogan is "in the business for good"....def does not apply to the employees since you just fired 40 most of which were in leadership positions and had helped build the company and the many many many mergers and acquisitions. In the business for good should have a side note and say in the business for good especially if you are friends with the bosses kids and play your politics right.... You wont get old here with this company so in the business for good for maybe 3 years max is new slogan.
