Pros
Dexis is an excellent place to work and I definitely recommend working here if you are ambitious and hardworking. The CEO truly cares about his employees. HR conducts Monthly Internal Customer Satisfaction Surveys where any issues you may have are addressed immediately. Dexis has good benefits and bonus structure. Dexis’ employees work hard but we also have fun. It feels like a family. We have company events such as potlucks and biweekly happy hours.
Cons
Dexis is growing very fast so available office space is becoming a bigger issue, but management is dealing with it well. Since Dexis is getting a 3rd office space, I hope the close knit feeling among employees isn’t lost.
