Internal mobility at the junior and mid levels is extremely difficult and HR has way too much power over this when the decisions should be left up to teams to decide. Being good at your job and mastering your role are not enough to move up - you have to be willing to play the politics game. Also, some in leadership are aware the Glassdoor rating has gone down, so they will post positive reviews here to boost the rating. So take the positive reviews with a grain of salt.
