Pros
The last years Dextra has won several prices for being one of the best places to work. Most recent rankings: 2nd in 2015 middle-sized(50-500 employees) in Brazil, 4th in 2016 middlie-sized in Latin America Flat hierarchy, friendly "bosses", very transparent and democratic (decisions, feedback), extreme collaborative environment, highly motivated employees (one of the highest company values), applies true agile methodologies, good work-life balance, wants to be innovative, seeks high quality deliveries, people are crazy for new technologies, BYOD, tries to maintain a distractive environment (will be upgrade soon), recently started U.S. projects.
Cons
Performance matters (not really a contra, but might be an issue for whom is seeking a job), had some more or less surprising and annoying dismissal issues (which is usual in Brazil) in the past, could be much better equipped (but update/upgrades are announced), Salaries/Benefits are average
